My son came in with huge knots and a raggedy mess on his head. He hates his hair touched and we knew his first haircut was going to be a huge thing for him. He was not cooperative at all. Kelsey remained calm and reassured us that he was not the first or only kid to act the way our son does. She proceeded to be extremely patient with our son the whole time. His hair turned out great and I was extremely impressed that she was able to cut it and it be a great cut with the way he was moving around and crying the whole time!! I’m so excited his hair looks great and we will drive the 45 minutes just to go back to her again!! Kelsey deserves a huge gold star for her job!
