Thanks so much to the entire staff for showing empathy with our son today. Due to his condition he always has a hard time tu cut off his hair. He has make a great progress and I believe the staff is part of this success!

I was disappointed because they did not tell me that the stylist could not match the style I requested ( by picture ) instead they proceeded to cut the hair. The haircut looked unfinished and crooked. Needless to say I was very sad and ended up taking him to another establishment to fix it in time for picture day. The salon is beautiful and the employees are super nice. I just feel like if she would have said I cannot match that, I would have left and take my son to someone who could and I would have saved myself $17.00.

It was my first time with my son and I enjoyed it! My son is diagnosed with Autism and has sensory issues. The staff very professional helped us to make the visit comfortable and helped my son in a very kind and understanding manner. It means a lot! Thank you and I will definitely coming back!

Friendly and helpful, however my son's cut was uneven and very choppy as pictured. One sideburn was cut straight the other pointed. The neckline was also uneven and random long wisps of hair. I expected more care given that I hold his head still.
