Cookie Cutters was amazing. My son is not the easiest as he is easily scared and they did an excellent job to try to distract him and cut his hair well. We will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend.

I showed the hairstylist a picture of his previous cut that I wanted. I specified that I wanted it short on the sides and long on top, that I wanted his "bangs" just above his eye brows. Everything looked perfect and then she cut the top SHORT. His "bangs" are only like an inch long. She asked me if I was ok with it, and reluctantly I told her yes. At that point it was already done and it wasn't fixable. Everything was great, she was nice, & the environment was perfect. But we are leaving with a bad haircut.

Her bangs look horrible, they are not even at all. Sadly bad customer service, was told these would look good, even though they don’t. They might look a little better if they were even but you can tell one side is definitely longer than the other. It was a waste of money and I wish I never cut her long hair.?

Very unhappy with the haircut. I was told the straight across bangs would look good on her and then after they were done I was told they wouldn’t look how I’d like due to a “swoop” before the hair cut started she should have been able to tell they wouldn’t look good due to that and not recommend them. We immediately went to buy clips to keep her straight across bangs hidden till they grow out. It looks horrible. My poor babies gorgeous hair looks butchered and I’m very disappointed and unhappy I spent money here for what I received. We will Sadly not return due to how bad it looks.
