Connie was our stylist. We came in around 2 pm. The salon was empty otherwise. Nice young man at the front counter is helping out but did not have much knowledge of promotions or how to explain percentage/$ discount that he was supposed to suggest to customers. This was our first time in. My sons had hairspray in their hair and Connie dry combed it out which hurt. One of my kids was so excited about sitting in the Spider-Man car that he didn’t complain much. The other one however wasn’t happy with any part of the experience. They have both been getting their haircut about once a month since they were 2 years old (3 years now) and have never had a cut at a kids salon (we always go to barber shop). I cannot begin to explain how bad things went from here. Basically my kid was crying hysterically while she and I were both trying to hold his head still so she could finish the cut. This has never happened anywhere and I was very disappointed in the lack of problem solving from the person running the front desk, the stylist and another person who appeared at the end after he realized there was some unhappy customers out front. Worst $45 I ever spent.

They are very good. Carolina is an awesome stylist. The have great chairs for the children to sit in e.g. Lightening McQueen, Spider-Man, Batman, Barbie car. They have PBS Kids to distract them. There is a discount during early afternoon hours. They are very patient. Before our first visit I read some bad reviews but they had just opened up. We’ve been twice. The first time my son had a runny nose and they actually wiped his nose a few times. I feel that says what kind of business they run.

Last time the hair dresser was amazing; today - not so much; we had a different lady cut our daughter's hair today. She was nice, but talked way too much - to a point where we were not quite sure if she was paying attention to what she was doing. At the end - she did an OK job - not amazing, but not bad either. Solid 3 out of 5 star rating for today's visit. Last time it was a 5 star experience.

Arrived at salon early for appointment at which point a comment was made from the Only hair dresser in the salon about how exasperated he was to have several appointments at the same time. The manager snapped back at the hair dresser to just work quickly and get the cuts done. The hair dresser was a rather large man that my daughter was scared of so I had to hold her for the cut. I asked for a trim and we left with her looking like a boy. He also almost forgot to cut her bangs which was one of the primary reasons for the cut. My daughter has really fine hair and the hair dresser used a razor to layer her hair which actually thinned it and made it lay funny. When I said something he said t would look better blow dried. Who blow dries a two year olds hair on a regular basis?! Had a great first experience here but after this will not be going back. Very disappointed that I actually paid for this cut. Hope that it grows out soon.

I lover their services. They are very friendly with my children and they give beautiful haircuts to my children who always leave there with a smile.
