this is my 4th or 5th time getting matthew his haircut here and it seems they never cut enough hair even though asked and instructed to make sure to cut his hair well. my poor son has a bowl cut and that is not the hairstyle we where looking for. everytime we go as well there is always a new person cutting hair i wish this place could be consistent with there employees therefor we can get to know someone who actually knows our preference of how we would like matthews haircut

Daniel was awesome! Cutest cut my 3 year old has ever had. Also, he stopped and answered his questions and was so patient.

Very very disappointed in this experience I just had...I only came back bc of LILLY not for DANIEL to do my son's hair... he was rude and sarcastic and was not listening to anything that I was telling him I feel like this haircut should have been free due to what I just experienced up in this place... I will never recommend anybody to come to this place... my kid is pretty traumatized I have a haircut now.. thanks for nothing!

This was our first time here. My son had 2 haircuts before and was a very stressful experience for him and dad (I didn't go that time) At Cookie Cutters my baby felt at ease. He loved the car to sit in. Mrs Lilly was very sweet and patient and the good vibes made my baby calm enough to let her do the job in less than 10 minutes. It was so fast and perfect I was amazed. For sure my son has his own hair stylist from now on. Thank you!.

It is helpful to have experienced children's stylists do first haircuts. Not someone whose hand shakes the whole time and can't get why a new 1 year old will not bend their head the way instructed.

I made an appointment with Zaveia yet somehow got Daniel (who later told me his name is James). Daniel has cut my sons hair before and I specifically made an appointment not with him because he is so unprofessional and not good at what he does. I showed him the picture and he just hacked my sons hair off, yelled at both my son and me, and had no empathy when my son was just screaming the whole time. I just wanted my son out of the chair. I don’t know how he has a job.
