This is a fantastic business. Every time we come they do a wonderful job. They're patient and kind. My grandson hates getting his haircut but they try so hard to get him to laugh and relax !!! I love this place !!!

We had an appointment scheduled, called to confirm and they never said they were running behind and waited nearly an hour past our scheduled appointment time before they cut my sons hair

Too expensive for basically just trimming bangs. Other customers were having issues.

Me. Ree has been doing my toddlers hair the last few months. He is so fearful of cuts but she tries her best to make him comfortable. She works around his needs and is so patient! Somehow with all the moving and crying and little cooperation the cut comes out so cute each time!

We love Zaira, but the front desk lady who was there today at 4pm 10/19/23 is beyond rude. They took someone else back at 415 which was my sons appointment time and when i approached her to tell her, I asked her if Zaira was overbooked and she said yes she was and I said well how will that work since we had an appointment at 415, she just said it was her fault, no sorry no nothing... Zaira had to intervene but at this point it was late she already had the other kid in the chair. I have been bringing my kids to cookie cutters since 2018. This is not my first incident there was other incidents where they would call me to tell me they overbooked Zaira or for instance I scheduled and appointment with Zaira and a day before the appointment they would call me to tell me she's not even working. Please get a better system in place and better staff.
