Our appointment was scheduled at 12:30 but my son was not seen until 1:15. Just like an adult having to wait that long, he was getting antsy and we were planning to leave but then it was his turn so we stayed. Our hair stylist asked TWICE if my son was on the spectrum. First time, it’s fine, but to ask again later was offensive to us. My son may be young but he’s smart for his age and understood was she was implying. This was his third time at cookie cutters. The first time are went, he loved his experience. The second time he was okay, this time he asked us to not take him back again. I would like to find out who we had the first time to try again but we will see.

I love this place. The handful of times I have thought my son here was an amazing experience. The hairstylist that took care of my son today, cut my son in the back of his neck. And I showed her a picture also requested that the top part of his hair and not to be cut too short. The way his hair grows out it’s easier to deal with when is longer. The hairstylist today cut The top of his hair too short. Also the size was not even out and blended.

Unfortunately the stylist just dove in and did not ask me question, how I like his hair, NOTHING! So she cut his hair way shorter than I have ever wanted. I am not at all happy. Have usually had a good experience but she did it so fast I couldn’t even stop her. If she had simply paused and asked!! I said it was way too short and she said well I can’t put it back- no sh!t!!

Not satisfied with the quality of the hair cuts for the price. My husband does a lot better of a job cutting their hair.

Only 1 employee cutting hair. Waited over 30 mins with an appointment.

The hair stylist’ name was Geri. She wasn’t friendly towards our son and he received a terrible hair cut which looks butchered entirely. We usually have a wonderful experience though... this was the first time we were greatly disappointed.
