Requested a line bob, she got a straight long bowl cut. The hairdresser said she couldn't layer it like the photo because her hair was thin, fine. That doesn't mean to completely disregard the entire style of what was requested and cut straight across. It was her first haircut and she's too shy to say anything in the moment. My ex husband took her and he is too passive to have said anything. My daughter hates the cut and frankly, so do I. A line bob isn't difficult and I wanted this to be a good experience for her. Hopefully somewhere else will fix it. I specifically requested someone who I'd seen in reviews to ask for, so apparently I just can't take her back to your establishment if that's the best.

The barbershop was great, my son loves the environment. I walked in for the first time and signed my son in for his haircut. We waited for about 30 minutes. while waiting, my son plays around. I noticed the ladies ( employees) were very friendly to the kid's hair they were cutting. When it was time for my son's haircut, the one lady who was cutting his hair was not friendly at all to him, and she was just trying to hurry up and get him out of there. I also believe a barbershop for kids should be for every child of race, not just for one race. I work for the public and I know how to interact with people, and treat everybody the same, even the one I have to put in jail. I asked the lady do she have an afro comb or a bigger comb to comb my African American son's hair and she said "no", and that was very surprising to me. Most barbershop employees will tell you straight up, I do not know how to cut African American hair or a white person's hair or just have the material to cut their hair. I Feel Like I wasted $17 for no reason. maybe from the Facebook pictures, I should have known what I was putting myself into. Other than that, the place is great and hopefully, no child should walk in there and feel different or less than another child.

The stylist cut my child’s hair too short. I showed a photo of the previous style which kept the hair long on top and it’s way too short. Not to mention uneven across his forehead. I am VERY disappointed and will not return. For the amount of money I paid for a toddlers haircut it’s not worth it at all.

I showed a picture of what I wanted to the stylist, not only was the cut not anything like the picture, it was terribly uneven and choppy. This was my son's first haircut and I'm so sad all his beautiful hair looks so bad now.

I felt the cut was very rushed. There was more focus on getting us in and out than on ensuring the cut was acceptable le. The staff was friendly, but i did not feel like I had adequate time to assess the cut and ask for changes or anything. You guys need to slow down!!!
