I showed the hairstylist a picture of his previous cut that I wanted. I specified that I wanted it short on the sides and long on top, that I wanted his "bangs" just above his eye brows. Everything looked perfect and then she cut the top SHORT. His "bangs" are only like an inch long. She asked me if I was ok with it, and reluctantly I told her yes. At that point it was already done and it wasn't fixable. Everything was great, she was nice, & the environment was perfect. But we are leaving with a bad haircut.

We made appointment for 1:15, but had to late for 20 more minutes. Environment overall is not that good as we excepted, a lot of kids’ve been crying and all different cartoons next to each other sounds just like noise. But haircut was good

made an appointment for 3:30, didn't get into a chair until 3:50. didn't seem to have enough people working. person who cut his hair didn't really talk to and engage with him or us at all. it was a decent hair cut not great. had to point out 2 diff spots she missed.

Service was excellent. I was disappointed to see several cuts behind my son's ears and the back of his neck but otherwise, I was pleased with the experience.
