My son's first haircut turned out great, and for that, we're grateful. However, our chair was not sanitized in between kids (only the hair was vacuumed), nor did our stylist wash her hands between clients. In the time COVID-19 and flu season, this should be second nature by now.

Cookie Cutters was the perfect choice for my daughter's first haircut. The salon is friendly and welcoming; the TVs kept her entertained during the cut. Zaira was incredibly patient and kind and used positive reinforcement to help my daughter follow her directions. She took care with the actual haircut and her positivity and patience made what could have been a stressful situation very fun and exciting for a toddler! The "first haircut" package, with the braid and glitter spray and balloon and lollipop made sure that our daughter would be excited to come back for her next cut.

My son has some sensory issues. Sheree was awesome with him walking him through every step and modifying her technique to be sure he was comfortable! Also, she was fast!!!

It was a great environment for little kids. I was surprised with how busy it was. We had to wait over 20 minutes for our appointment. It was more expensive than I expected for a kids haircut but I think it was worth it for the extras.

We love Kelsey... she does a fantastic job. We go there specifically for her because she is that good.

If the styalist that I made my appointment with is sick, please call and let me know or have that be the first thing you tell me when I come in. It was confusing when I wasn’t told and had to ask where the styalist was that I made the appointment with.
