If your child has curly hair, do not take them to this place for a cut. They have no barber on staff to cut this type of hair, but they will tell you that they are able to do it and totally and unapologetically mess up your child's hair. Even when you show them a picture of what you would like your child haircut to look like, they have no clue how to cut it, but they will tell you they can do it and totally botch your child's haircut. This is something that once it's cut you cannot reverse the damage. I took my child there recently to get a cut and even showed them a picture of what I wanted. The barber assured me that she can do it, because she had just done a similar cut....This was far from the truth. I called the manager over to the station to take a look at how this lady was messing up my child hair and the manger looked at me and said "I don't see any problem, that looks fine to me" even though I showed her the picture of what I wanted. They ruined my child 3rd birthday.

Very very disappointed in this experience I just had...I only came back bc of LILLY not for DANIEL to do my son's hair... he was rude and sarcastic and was not listening to anything that I was telling him I feel like this haircut should have been free due to what I just experienced up in this place... I will never recommend anybody to come to this place... my kid is pretty traumatized I have a haircut now.. thanks for nothing!

The owner was absolutely terrible, very rude and not professional. I was Standing at the front desk for at least a minute before I was even looked at by the two ladies standing behind the desk talking. I understand they were talking about appointments but not even a hello or we will be right with you, or even an acknowledgment. I am in the service industry and the customer service here was atrocious. It is also way overpriced for the service I got. I was very specific with the stylist, who was very nice, but she didn’t do anything I asked. She barely took off anything off my daughters hair, when I asked for a cut. It looks no different then when she walked in. She asked if she could correct it as we were leaving, but the owner made it very clear that the stylist needed to be done right then. I felt very awkward and laughed. $18 for my daughter to come out looking exactly the way she did when she walked in is too much. I can get a great kids cut at a hair Cuttery or somewhere else, for way cheaper, and bar is what I will do from now on. If the business keeps contacting itself in this manner it won’t last long I am afraid.

The guy did not make my kid comfortable at all ! She was in discomfort all the while he was cutting the hair . He looked in a hurry and finished it off in max 2 minutes. Great clips is far better compared to this ! Never going to cookie cutters again.

I was very disappointed with the level of service we received. We were rushed and i was shocked at how my son was treated. If a child is scared they should stop and talk to them about the experience, not rush them and hurt them with clippers. I am never going back to that location and i wouldnt recommend them to anyone.

Hair cut was super choppy. Hairdressers need to cover nose with mask. Super congested environment
