Several cuts on the back of my son's neck. Just heartbreaking to see. My son said ouch and the hair stylist continued leading to multiple cuts.

Her bangs look horrible, they are not even at all. Sadly bad customer service, was told these would look good, even though they don’t. They might look a little better if they were even but you can tell one side is definitely longer than the other. It was a waste of money and I wish I never cut her long hair.?

Arrived at salon early for appointment at which point a comment was made from the Only hair dresser in the salon about how exasperated he was to have several appointments at the same time. The manager snapped back at the hair dresser to just work quickly and get the cuts done. The hair dresser was a rather large man that my daughter was scared of so I had to hold her for the cut. I asked for a trim and we left with her looking like a boy. He also almost forgot to cut her bangs which was one of the primary reasons for the cut. My daughter has really fine hair and the hair dresser used a razor to layer her hair which actually thinned it and made it lay funny. When I said something he said t would look better blow dried. Who blow dries a two year olds hair on a regular basis?! Had a great first experience here but after this will not be going back. Very disappointed that I actually paid for this cut. Hope that it grows out soon.

I specifically told the hair dresser that I did NOT want my 1 year old girl to have super short hair. I told her that other people have cut it to look like a boy and that is NOT what I wanted. She said stacked.. I said yes. Then just before she she cuts it she says, “like a pixie” I said.. “sure.. I do t know. Not short.” I walked out of there in tears!!!! My sweet little girl has shorter hair than my son!!!!! WE WILL NEVER GO BACK! The hair dressers need to learn how to CLEARLY communicate with their clients!!! I was really hoping that this would be a great thing for Jacksonville! I was wrong. I will be advising people to not go here on every moms blog page possible. Get it together Cookie Cutters. The one in Indiana, where we are from, was amazing. Sad. Really sad.

I cannot believe that you claim to be experienced in working with children. The stylist was SO impatient with my daughter, rushing her to lay on the washing table and saying “come on, hurry up” when she was clearly hesitant. This was her FIRST haircut experience and it was awful. She said she wanted her hair down and said “no” to a braid. He braided it anyway. She said it hurt when he was combing out her hair and he told her “it doesn’t hurt”. He used a product for ethnic hair on her fine, thin hair and it is so caked up and sticky that we had to wash it out as soon as we got home. I am beyond disappointed.

It was probably the worst hair cut my son has had. I told her exactly what to do with the size 4 trimmer and to blend the hair together. I asked her to use blending scissors. Instead she kept cutting it shorter and told me I was combing it over wrong. She blamed the bad hair cut on calics and kind of got an attitude with me. The hair cut is also over priced. I have been to other kid salons where a little boy hair cut is $15. I was disappointed and upset with the whole experience.
