Parents, please do not bring your children here!! The staff is extremely rude and rough with the children. My kids hair cuts were so bad and when I called to see if I could get a refund or a free touch up, the manager was so rude to me on the phone and told me my child was the problem and wouldn’t sit still. He is two and they are a kids hair cut place!! The manager then went on and insulted me and mom shamed me. It was a horrible experience and I’ve had no issues getting my kids hair cut at any other place. Take your money elsewhere and do not let your child or yourself be insulted and treated poorly. These people should NOT be allowed to work with children.

The service was awful. I went to put the baby in a car and got approached and yelled at to “back away” by a blonde guy on 11/24/21 at 11am. The lady that cut my sons hair with black hair was so rude too. I told her I wanted it short and it was too long so I showed her a picture of how short I wanted it and she said “why didn’t you show me that at the beginning” and asked for the “number” and I didn’t understand what that meant. I’m a female I don’t know about men hair cuts and the numbers attached to it. And she kept getting annoyed that my sons baby brother was in her way when I was doing my best to keep him out. I will never come here again it was a horrible experience. So sad about this experience when we were so excited. It ruined our whole day.

My experience this morning was great ! I was welcomed and checked in right away. Since my son was the only one there at the time, he was allowed to pick a car he wanted to be in for his haircut and i thought that was really nice. The employee asked me how I wanted my sons cut to be and it took little explanation because he understood right away what and how I wanted it to be for my son. My son was crying pretty much the entire session and it wasn’t because of the employee or anything, he was just having a rough day and was a bit cranky but the employee stayed calm and really tried his best to achieve the look I wanted for my son. At the end of the session we paid, while I was paying they offered me a balloon and lollipop for my son and I accepted with hopes it’d calm him down, it sure worked and my son was happy and smiling and left with a really great haircut. Thank you for such a great service, it was worth the drive and I will definitely be booking his next appointments at this location.

The guy who cut my sons hair was very rough and should be fired. He has no business working with children. He pressed down hard on my 2 yr olds head made him whine wouldn’t stop kept insisting my son was fine. AND AFTER ALL THAT his hair is chopped and he didn’t listen to what I wanted and cut it way to short. Very upset and will be complaining all over every platform possible. This guy has no business cutting Children’s hair. I was shocked and regret ever coming, Hate that I paid a place like this money and worst of all that I subjected my kid to this experience. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL
