Several cuts on the back of my son's neck. Just heartbreaking to see. My son said ouch and the hair stylist continued leading to multiple cuts.

I have taken my kids twice to the location on Beach Blvd, unfortunately, the gentleman that provided the service was very rude with my kids, and also to others kids. If you can't stand kids, why do you work at cookie cutters? In addition to that, some lines were not cut straight, will definetely not go back.

My 3 year old and I came in late today (sunday) right before closing and yall worked us in which was super nice and we really appreciated it! But the guy cutting his hair was really rough, like turning his head hard and pressing with the trimmers really rough and super fast. My son complained the whole way home and then told his dad about it. I noticed it a little but for him to complain it had to have been uncomfortable. He also hardly acknowledged my 3 year old. Like didn’t engage with him or ask him anything about himself. He just talked to me about Cardi B and Usher.. which I tried to not engage too much in as 1. we weren’t there for me and 2. I don’t care about that kind of stuff much. I feel like if you’re working with children you have to be able to want to engage with them. My son took his cape thing off too early and his reaction was a bit overblown, my son was upset afterwards about it and my son asked to not go back to him. Just wanted to provide some feedback.. we’ve had good experiences there before so if we return we’ll make an appointment with someone else.

I took my son for his first haircut (1 year old) and had a terrible experience. The stylist never asked for my feedback, cut my son’s neck 5 times and refused to listen when I asked that he didn’t use the clippers. It was awful. I’ve heard great things about the women who work there, but the man with bleach blonde hair was really awful.

I Waited 15 minutes after my appointment time & then didn’t get to see the person I requested. I asked for this person specifically because the other person working always nicks my son & left trimmed wet hair on his head. I had clumps of hair in my hand when I tried to remove it. I didn’t want to hurt that persons feelings by asking to wait for the person I requested to finish who they were working on. I request the same person every time they are available. Unfortunately very disappointed with this visit.

The older woman who cut my sons hair was super nice and sweet! She cut his hair perfectly. We initially had Daniel to cut his hair at first, but after seeing how he treated the kid next to us… I’m glad we didn’t get him. The mom wasn’t looking and he pushed the kids head down saying “look down” very rudely. His vibe overall wasn’t very friendly, and I feel like shouldn’t be working with kids if he acts like that when the parents are around. Oh and The girl at the front desk was very sweet too
