This was my boy’s second hair cut and it was a lot better than the first time! We had Fiona today and we loved her! She didn’t such an amazing job with our kid and she was very good at cutting his hair and dealing with him! Now we will be bringing our daughter too!

Fiona was fantastic. She did a great job cutting my 2 year olds hair and had a great personality. She is by far the best stylist we’ve had at cookie cutters.

I had Fiona this time and I feel that she wants you to do only what she wants and not want the client is paying for. I showed her pictures of a hair cut that my son had done their in the last few months. We loved that cut And I told her that’s what I wanted and she kept saying oh no you need to do something with styling gel and that’s not what I wanted and then during the haircut she started asking what our background for us which was fine but then she got all but When she found out that my husband was Latino she says oh I need to make his lines are straight that is a big thing for Latinos. I feel like she was racial profiling and I did not appreciate the night and then when I told her I wanted his haircut a certain way she kept arguing with me telling me that her way was better. All I wanted to do was grab my son and leave but I did not want my son to have a missed up haircut. When it was all done she again tried to put gel in his hair after pacifically said no so I told her again he’s going home and having his hair washed I don’t not want gel in his hair. I will not let today keep me from coming back. But I will make sure that she does not ever cut my sons hair again.
