Great experience for our child and ourselves. We were very nervous for our sons first haircut and Jessica put us at ease and I highly recommend her! Wonderful experience!!!

The stylist cut my child’s hair too short. I showed a photo of the previous style which kept the hair long on top and it’s way too short. Not to mention uneven across his forehead. I am VERY disappointed and will not return. For the amount of money I paid for a toddlers haircut it’s not worth it at all.

When booking online I requested a specific hair dresser because she made our first experience very comfortable and quite perfect. This second time, I arrived 5 min late and was not explained my requested hairdresser was not open, I thought well I will give this person a chance. Overall not 100% happy. The lady tried but I was much happier with my first experience. In the future I will stick to the lady that gave us the perfect service. Please in the future advise that will not be receiving the person I requested as my hairdresser. Thank you

I told the stylist what I wanted. When my son was finished his hair was completely shaved off! I'm so upset I want to cry every time I look at him. All she could say is it's his "signature hair". I'm never bringing him back!

I made an appointment for 2 of my kids. I was told they would be one after the other. While I was checking in my older child was taken back and they started on his cut. I told the stylist what I wanted, short on the sides and looking on top. It was my other child's first cut so I was trying to keep her comfortable. There were no chairs available next to each other, so I had to try to split my time between them. When my son was finished, his hair was completely shaved off! Not what I wanted! I want to cry every time I look at him!
