Cookie cutters makes it seem like they're gonna get a cookie or something afterwards. Maybe I'm just pregnant and hungry. The lady that handled us was tattooed on the face but she was nice. Lots of screaming kids and unconcerned parents. I'll probably just take mine to regular barber from now on. Not bad but not that impressive.

It was probably the worst hair cut my son has had. I told her exactly what to do with the size 4 trimmer and to blend the hair together. I asked her to use blending scissors. Instead she kept cutting it shorter and told me I was combing it over wrong. She blamed the bad hair cut on calics and kind of got an attitude with me. The hair cut is also over priced. I have been to other kid salons where a little boy hair cut is $15. I was disappointed and upset with the whole experience.

Cookie cutters is really the right salon for kids,the character seats for the kids are awesome it help the kids to be more cooperative with the stylist.and they also have a mini play area for the other kids who are waiting for turn or waiting for the siblings. And the cleanliness of the place are good.

Did not receive the haircut for my son I was asking about. Did not want his hair do be buzzed and she did end up using the buzzer when I took care of my other child. Very unsatisfying experience overall. Will not come back.

always ask parent if the child can have a lollipop. let the parent decide when and how to give the child the prize at the end of the cut.
