My daughter, Willow, 21 most old, had her second haircut at Cookie Cutters today. My husband brought her in, while I brought Willow in during our first visit, in which employees were pleasant and Willow's hair was cut properly & with care. However, today, my husband arrived at Willow's scheduled 6:15 appointment just for a trim, and according to my husband, the man who cut my daughter's hair greeted both my husband and child as though he was annoyed and bothered to complete the cut. He said absolutely nothing, didn't even attempt to play with my child, and worst - he botched her haircut. While brushing Willow's hair before bedtime tonight, I was appalled when I saw sections of her hair still at it's original length before it was "cut". We asked for an inch to be taken off her ends and for her side bangs to be tapered at an angle. He did fine on the bangs, but the ends are another story. Willow's left side of her head was left a good 3/4 inch LONGER than the right side, and there were pieces on both sides that this "stylist" somehow missed. I spent 20-30 mins cleaning up the uneven length on Willow's ends, which is 2-3x as long as my husband said this man spent on Willow. I'm furious that we paid $17 for something that any amateur could have done.

I am so glad I found this salon for my toddler. I took him to a regular salon and it was a struggle but Cookie Cutters saved me! JM loves coming here. He never cries and always play on their playground while waiting for his turn. The price is worth it! would definitely recommend this to my friends! 😊

Arrived at salon early for appointment at which point a comment was made from the Only hair dresser in the salon about how exasperated he was to have several appointments at the same time. The manager snapped back at the hair dresser to just work quickly and get the cuts done. The hair dresser was a rather large man that my daughter was scared of so I had to hold her for the cut. I asked for a trim and we left with her looking like a boy. He also almost forgot to cut her bangs which was one of the primary reasons for the cut. My daughter has really fine hair and the hair dresser used a razor to layer her hair which actually thinned it and made it lay funny. When I said something he said t would look better blow dried. Who blow dries a two year olds hair on a regular basis?! Had a great first experience here but after this will not be going back. Very disappointed that I actually paid for this cut. Hope that it grows out soon.
