I always have a great experience but the woman who cut my sons hair (older - possibly of Asian descent) although very sweet unfortunately did not do a good job. It's choppy and not blended well. This does not reflect the store and we're definitely coming back but I would like to request the name of the Hispanic woman (maybe in her 50's or so) - she's does a great job and if fast.

My sons haircut turned out good but if the manager is gonna wear a mask, wear it correctly Sir and cover both your nose and mouth! Thank you!

Didn't understand why there was only one person cutting hair. Felt like they were rushing to get as many cuts as they could with the one person. If I would have know before I drove all the way down there I would have re schedule.

I appreciate the job well done but the regular price is to high. I returned because of the discount email I recieved. 25 dollars for a 5 min kids haircut is ridiculous , seriously 5 minutes no shampoo just dry buzzer cut and done.You are charging more than the average person can make in an hour.I rated the professional advice low because I had to give an answer but it was not applicable because there was none. And the value was good because the discount price was 14 and I tipped 5. Which in my opinion both were very fair.

Hi! Environment was fantistic. However I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment and was not seen until 10 minutes after my appointment. Not once did anyone else me why it was late or apologize for taking me late. I would have appreciated some info. However. Having the kids play area was great!!!!
