Every visit we schedule with Zaira but we never get her. I don’t understand why clients are able to schedule with a specific hair stylist if they won’t let us actually have them.

We had an appointment scheduled, called to confirm and they never said they were running behind and waited nearly an hour past our scheduled appointment time before they cut my sons hair

The hair stylist was great - very professional and kind and she did a great job. However, the salon was completely understaffed. The stylist was the only one in the salon and she had to take care of the phone, greet walk-ins, try to figure out why the computer system did not accept some appointments, cash out the customers, in addition to cutting hair. One customer walked out and a couple of others waited, and were not happy about the computer/app glitches that messed up their appointments. In addition, the combs and scissors were not sanitized. Clearly, the management of this salon needs to be improved. Otherwise, customers will not return.

Very clean atmosphere! Brought my 5 yr old, 3 yr old son (which has never had a good experience at great clips actually his first haircut at great clips was petrifying for him) and my one yr old was well very well entertained with slide etc. this will definitely be our new haircut spot from now on! The price is a little higher than I would like but I got $5 off each of my kids cuts today bc of a fb special which was great!

Need to have music playing. It was a very stale environment.

Service was excellent. I was disappointed to see several cuts behind my son's ears and the back of his neck but otherwise, I was pleased with the experience.
