I made a reservation online and received a confirmation via text the day before. When I arrived to the salon, they did not have record of my appointment. Also, while my daughter was having her hair cut, a Hispanic father and son rode their bikes to the salon. Before they entered the receptionist asked the stylist if she wanted to take them. The stylist said only if they could communicate. When the father and son entered the salon, the stylist talked at first as they couldn’t speak English and not to them, but to the receptionist. The situation was slightly insensitive to the customers and they were treated differently than I was because English wasn’t their first language.

When booking online I requested a specific hair dresser because she made our first experience very comfortable and quite perfect. This second time, I arrived 5 min late and was not explained my requested hairdresser was not open, I thought well I will give this person a chance. Overall not 100% happy. The lady tried but I was much happier with my first experience. In the future I will stick to the lady that gave us the perfect service. Please in the future advise that will not be receiving the person I requested as my hairdresser. Thank you

It was our second time today here in this salon. And it was a good experience for my daughter. This was her third haircut in total but everytime she use to cry the whole time but this time she was quiet and allowed them to cut her hair. The staff who cut her hair was kind and nice to us. Overall okay experience, only one thing I felt was off. At the end other kids were getting candy, the staff herself was offering but they did not even ask us or my daughter and for some reason I felt bad. Not sure why they treat one person differently than other. Anyways, I will recommend this place to others for sure.

The older woman who cut my sons hair was super nice and sweet! She cut his hair perfectly. We initially had Daniel to cut his hair at first, but after seeing how he treated the kid next to us… I’m glad we didn’t get him. The mom wasn’t looking and he pushed the kids head down saying “look down” very rudely. His vibe overall wasn’t very friendly, and I feel like shouldn’t be working with kids if he acts like that when the parents are around. Oh and The girl at the front desk was very sweet too

Last time the hair dresser was amazing; today - not so much; we had a different lady cut our daughter's hair today. She was nice, but talked way too much - to a point where we were not quite sure if she was paying attention to what she was doing. At the end - she did an OK job - not amazing, but not bad either. Solid 3 out of 5 star rating for today's visit. Last time it was a 5 star experience.

The woman that cut his hair was very rude, did not smile or made us feel welcome. The 2 other ladies at the counter were really nice and friendly. We will never return back due to the old lady with such a bad attitude. She kept rolling her eyes and on top of that we said “thank you bye” and she just looked at us and didnt say a word back. We still left a tip but we will NEVER be seen by her. She ruined our experience.
