The stylist was pushy with my son & a little abrasive. She did keep asking me if the cut was ok & kept checking in with me which I much appreciated and the cut itself was decent. My son has never complained about someone cutting his hair though & asked that I not bring him to her again.

This was our “first cut” and I understand kids are hard to cut but at the time my son was being very still and not fighting to be held in one spot but the lady was just cutting to cut to get it done. Instead of trying to get him to look straight or focus back forward, as i said he just woke up so he wasn’t really moving much. She cut his bangs and brushed them to the side, but when she said “okay all done, what do you think”. I pushed his bangs back to see how bad they would look not being textured, and they were COMPLETELY uneven. I then ask her to fix it however at that point it was obvious the rest of his head was not even but it was to late and not worth it.

We normally have a great experience at this location but yesterday (9/29/21) a gentleman cut my sons hair and it wasn’t a good experience. He was really rough with my son, holding his head down really hard, even putting gel and combing he was hurting him and just not very gentle. He left hair all over my sons face and cut it WAY shorter than what the ladies normally do according to notes from previous visits. We will definitely be back but will also be requesting someone other than this gentleman.

Friendly and helpful, however my son's cut was uneven and very choppy as pictured. One sideburn was cut straight the other pointed. The neckline was also uneven and random long wisps of hair. I expected more care given that I hold his head still.

My 3 year old and I came in late today (sunday) right before closing and yall worked us in which was super nice and we really appreciated it! But the guy cutting his hair was really rough, like turning his head hard and pressing with the trimmers really rough and super fast. My son complained the whole way home and then told his dad about it. I noticed it a little but for him to complain it had to have been uncomfortable. He also hardly acknowledged my 3 year old. Like didn’t engage with him or ask him anything about himself. He just talked to me about Cardi B and Usher.. which I tried to not engage too much in as 1. we weren’t there for me and 2. I don’t care about that kind of stuff much. I feel like if you’re working with children you have to be able to want to engage with them. My son took his cape thing off too early and his reaction was a bit overblown, my son was upset afterwards about it and my son asked to not go back to him. Just wanted to provide some feedback.. we’ve had good experiences there before so if we return we’ll make an appointment with someone else.

I was disappointed because they did not tell me that the stylist could not match the style I requested ( by picture ) instead they proceeded to cut the hair. The haircut looked unfinished and crooked. Needless to say I was very sad and ended up taking him to another establishment to fix it in time for picture day. The salon is beautiful and the employees are super nice. I just feel like if she would have said I cannot match that, I would have left and take my son to someone who could and I would have saved myself $17.00.
