It is helpful to have experienced children's stylists do first haircuts. Not someone whose hand shakes the whole time and can't get why a new 1 year old will not bend their head the way instructed.

My son went for a trim & it looked worse than if we did it at home. Once his hair dried completely, he looked like he had uneven bangs. I was really disappointed, especially because it cost us more to fix at another salon.

Stylist unable to speak English - could not have conversation on style preferred, nor did she offer an options. Stylist never spoke to child - extremely bizarre for a first haircut. Would not visit again.

I have taken my kids twice to the location on Beach Blvd, unfortunately, the gentleman that provided the service was very rude with my kids, and also to others kids. If you can't stand kids, why do you work at cookie cutters? In addition to that, some lines were not cut straight, will definetely not go back.

I always prefer this place though this time I had a very bad experience. The front desk who I believe was new. Immediately we entered her behavior was not welcoming, then since this place is known to my son he went to one of seat. She told me he is not allowed there which I agree with her . I was explaining my son meanwhile she came back and again started to say “ he has to leave “ within 2 mins again she started. I told her give me 2 mins cause the way she is behaving it’s very uncomfortable. She started arguments instead give little effort to understand that it’s kid and we should not forced them to do something, instead explain them why he is not allowed there. I am really upset by her behavior. This was not first time, I been there so for my son this place is very known and he is very friendly environment for him. When he enter, he tried to go inside since there is a lot of toy cars seats. He loved it .There is only one customer in shop but the front desk girl whose name is Alycia. I believe she started to keep saying same thing several times within five minutes. Its will better if you have such person who have experience or the knowledge to handle kids mother it doesn’t help just saying again and again without understanding the situation and it’s not nice. There used be another person she used to be very nice but it’s fine if you want to replace her front desk or she is joining at the part-time, but she has no experience to handle situations. The hair stylist was awesome, no complaints. I believe she doesn’t have issue with Asian, the way she behaves she provoked me to record her behavior. Not Nice. This is service, customer deserves nice attitudes.

Rhonda did my baby haircut this time and I’m so disappointed because I was specific with what I wanted and she don’t follow instructions. She did what she want to do with my baby and not friendly with one year old kid. And alway debating with my instructions, when in reality I am the one who is paying and is my baby.
