We waited for twenty minutes despite having an appointment. No one apologized, no one explained if something unexpected happened that caused the long delay, no one offered a discount as a compensation,etc. While there are TVs at each station, they took excessively long to upload the videos and could not be heard over the noise of everything else so did not catch or maintain the attention of our child. Overall, better experience and cuter cut elsewhere.

I have taken my little girl here several times. I think I’ve been happy with her haircut one of those times. Today I went in and asked for her hair to be “brushing her shoulders”...it’s about 3-4 inches above her shoulders, and looks ridiculous. It’s not even, there are random longer hairs coming down. Her hair was soaken wet from the water and she was just going to let her leave like that. I had to specifically ask her to dry it some. I felt like there was not attention to detail. She rushed through the cut. I will never return again. Waste of my money.

My son has sensory issues and the hairdresser had absolutely no clue how to help him which resulted in multiple haircutting accidents. We ended up having to go back and the hairdresser was on unable to fix the mistakes and we had to shave off all of my sons hair. He is only two years old . I do not recommend this place

My daughter was in and out in about 8 minutes. The stylist cut her hair and put it up in a braid so quickly I couldn’t look at it until I got home. I spent 40 min fixing it myself because it was a full inch longer on one side of her head versus the other. I am not a hair stylist so the fact that it looked exponentially better after I fixed it then paying the $18 plus tip to get a cut is crazy. Do not recommend this place at all.

The gentleman was highly unprofessional. He wasn't kids friendly for sure. Was very rough working my baby head. We left and he's hair in front wasn't cut he didn't ask how I want the front, which side, how short. He cut my baby ear from the back and was bleeding.

My son's first haircut was a great experience. The stylist was patient, caring and professional. That's why we returned. The second time was awful. The stylist had no patience, wasn't very comfortable with their abilities and even though my son stayed remarkably still he still managed to nick my son and made his neck bleed. His first trip he was upset and wouldn't sit still and didn't get so much as a hair out of place. This second time he was amazing for a 4 year old and the whole experience was awful. I drove all the way to this location because of my past experience. The latest experience is why we won't be coming back.
