Gentlemen cutting my sons hair made sides uneven. My husband requested that he even it out and kept removing the sides. They are still uneven, very choppy and no fade in addition to the back of his hair being rounded when we were very specific about what we wanted. The employee was very curt with my husband and pushed him aside to “finish” my sons hair. We have been going here over a year consistently and this employee is definitely a bad egg.

this is my 4th or 5th time getting matthew his haircut here and it seems they never cut enough hair even though asked and instructed to make sure to cut his hair well. my poor son has a bowl cut and that is not the hairstyle we where looking for. everytime we go as well there is always a new person cutting hair i wish this place could be consistent with there employees therefor we can get to know someone who actually knows our preference of how we would like matthews haircut

We have taken our son to this location 3 times. First time the lady was super nice and good at the job, she was very patient with my toddler, who as many others dont like hair cuts and gives the hair dresser/barber hell...the second time she was not there, I booked with her and when we made it there they tell us she no longer works there (so why have her in the appointment list)... ok.. another lady took my son.. she was good at cutting his hair but her demeanor was not friendly and when ever I asked her something her response was I am not finished ( I know you are not finished thats why I am asking you for something so it can be done before what you are doing can not be undone)...turned out to be she was the owner, explaines her demeanor. Less satisfied but still ok...this third time I made a same day appointment, my husband took him. My child was uneasy to say the least and the person that was there was not helpful. Right off the bat husband told her we did not wanted his hair cut too short and she fucked up the sides of the hair... from there on between the kid and the father being upset and the woman ended up just chopping up my sons hair to the point of no repair it was the worse experience ever. And their response was you have 7 days for us to fix it... bi*** you cut his hair super short, there is no way this is fixable in 7 days!!!!... I will definitely find somewhere else to take my kids ..

The hair stylist wasn’t very nice and cut the hair way to low. Lower than we asked. Not very pleasant to be around as she wa snot very caring and gentle as others we had before.

After telling the stylist I didn’t want a clipper cut,she had attitude and said “you know that’ll take longer”. I left not satisfied with my sons haircut.
