I made an appointment for 2 of my kids. I was told they would be one after the other. While I was checking in my older child was taken back and they started on his cut. I told the stylist what I wanted, short on the sides and looking on top. It was my other child's first cut so I was trying to keep her comfortable. There were no chairs available next to each other, so I had to try to split my time between them. When my son was finished, his hair was completely shaved off! Not what I wanted! I want to cry every time I look at him!

Staff was rude, appointment time was incorrect in the system, staff did not wear masks properly, stylist unprofessional.

We were here once before this visit. I received a coupon to come back because the business was under new ownership. I didn't see any new improvement from the new ownership, seemed like the same old. The staff is nice but not super energetic for it to be a kids' salon. We were greeted with no energy and not much was said during the visit. It was just Blah. The hairstylist asked my daughter if she wanted a braid, my daughter said yes. The braided a weird side braid that made no sense. Still needs improvement, if it is a kids salon needs better energy and customer service. We have outgrown this salon and won't be back.

Brought my beautiful toddler with past shoulder hair for a bob… a man stylist spent exactly 1 minute cutting her hair, put it in a ponytail in the back and cut the bottom then cut it for 30 seconds in front…came home to brush it because he didn’t after he cut it to make sure it’s even. Worst haircut ever, regrets tipping. Came here many times but never again

The person working on my child's hair has NO business working with children. I will probably need to go somewhere next week to fix this awful cut, if my child will even be willing to get his hair cut again after how traumatic this experience was for him. We used to love cookie cutters but after this, we will never return.

This was THE most horrible haircut experience that any of my children have ever had! The stylist did the exact opposite of what she was asked to do...and cut the back of his ear in the process! Another stylist here attempted to fix the mess of a haircut, but it's honestly still not right. I pray that this shop will thoroughly re-evaluate their stylists and customer service, but I will not be returning. We will continue to drive the extra 45 minutes to Klips and Giggles in Fleming Island just to ensure a good haircut and experience.
