The place is never clean, I and my child leave with a ton of hair on the both of us. When I do make an appointment and request someone half of the time they are not there and I receive no phone call to let me know in advance. I get a surprise upon arrival. There is no constant staff there, staff is constantly changing. I doubt I would want to return. The computer system is always having issues when it comes to prepaid cards to the point where I don’t care to come back and finish up my card. I would rather find a better, cleaner, more professional salon and staff. The only reason I came multiple visits was for Brandi but it’s been too many times she’s out and no one notifies me in advance. It’s too much of a hassle to get my baby ready and in the car only to find out he can’t get a cut. In the past I’ve waited up to an hour with a toddler in my lap.

Jennifer did such a horrible job on cutting my daughter's hair that I had to fix it myself the next day.will never come back and will never refer this place to my friends.

They didn’t listen to anything I said and instead of clarifying, they just went wild cutting my children’s hair much too short. I specifically said not to touch his bangs and she cut them so short that my son spent the next half hour in the car crying because he loved his hair and it took him a year to grow out. Even if there was a miscommunication, there was no reason for their hair to be uneven. I watched the hairdresser cut my younger sons bangs so crooked, she didn’t even take the time to comb them and line them up, she just awkwardly cut away at his bangs while standing to the side of him. I am so upset with both these haircuts. Even disregarding that they completely ignored what I wanted, the haircuts they gave weren’t a difference of style, they were sloppy and ugly. How do you make such drastic changes to someone’s appearance without first confirming that’s what they want?

We’ve been taking my son here since his first haircut. We always go to Michelle or Brandi and they have always been great with him whether he was having a good day or a bad one. We wanted to get his haircut before family came into town since it was getting really long, so we scheduled with ‘anybody’ and that was THE LAST TIME. Such a horrible experience. My son, who is a toddler of course doesn’t keep still but Krista was just the worst and I’m so disappointed in the sloppiness of the cut. Michelle and Brandi both never disappoint. My son will sometimes put up a fight but he always came out looking like he just stood still. This time he came out with an uneven lineup, cut, and a snip on the ear. I just can’t believe this experience. Even when she was trying to hold him still, his head was practically to the chair!!!! I still get furious just thinking about it!!!! I don’t even know if we’ll be returning because it was that horrible!

Salon technician was unable to complete the cut and quit mid appointment. But still, Cookie Cutters gladly charged full price for a work not completed. Seems unethical at the least

Very messy haircut , hairstylist had a bad attitude and rushed my sons hair cut. Also she cut his hair a lot shorter than what i asked for.
