Heather is great at the main desk. Experienced negativity for the first time in a few years since I began coming here. The person who was doing nails did not like that she was told her top wasn't professional (not exact words). She kept talking to Heather at the desk about her schedule with a client she was working on. Also in not a mumble, said she "just wished there was more transparency". When she came for the next client, she apologized for being late and said she hurried and ate a bite of her food. This isn't behavior I would expect here and have never witnessed before.

I am so glad that I decided to stop into LaPosh and was assigned to Daniel. I have never and I mean NEVER had such consistently perfect cuts. Usually I get 1 or 2, then the stylist falls off, is too busy talking, etc. Daniel's cuts consistently look great from day 1 to just before my next visit. I often don't even need to style it, or maybe a minimal amount of work. Just an excellent stylist. PLUS, he always makes sure to improve my mood with his positive and honest attitude. The salon is clean, bright and friendly. LOVE LaPosh.

I have been going to Andrew for many years and he is consistently fantastic! I have never gone to the same place for so long but he has always listened well, has excellent customer service and creative ideas for new and flattering hairstyles that I can do myself. I would highly recommend Andrew and his salon to anyone!

I was pleased to see that all employees followed social distancing, wearing mask and sanitizing techniques. unfortunately, I did not see all customers wearing a mask or social distancing with other customers. Thee are the people who transmit this awful virus. I encourage this facility to require all customers to wear mask an follow social distancing.
