Traci was awesome! She was very patient with my nightmare of a child. The only feedback would be not to have the rest of the other staff stare at us with the situation, I’m already sweating and humiliated by it. I will continue to book with Traci she made me feel like it was ok for my kid to act like he did. Thank you!
