We had a great experience at the Boise location as always. The stylist was professional and friendly. Unfortunately the scheduling app apparently bumped our appoinent three days later than we thought we booked it for. That needs to be fixed. It's fine if there are no appointments, but it needs to be made clear that you are now scheduling for a different day than you chose on the calendar so customers aren't blindsided by it like we were today.
