My son’s haircut turned out awful and will need to be fixed by us or someone else. Melanie (that’s who we scheduled with but the person never introduced herself when we came in) didn’t talk to my son at all during the haircut. Didn’t let him touch any of the tools before using them on his head (just went straight in without saying we were starting), didn’t tell him when she was wetting his hair… my son does well with haircuts so he didn’t cry, but he looked uncomfortable the entire time. Very unimpressed and will not be returning.

Brought a pictures stylist didn't pay much attention to it. She Didn't ask questions implying she didn't know what I wanted. She was annoyed when I told her it was to long. After trimming another 1/2in off to reach the length I asked for. She told me "What do you think ,if you don't like it you'll have to make another appointment?" That left a terrible taste in my mouth. I'm just not comfortable returning to Boise location.

The manger was super grumpy to my kids our hair dresser was nice but put gell in my sons hair with out asking 😑 I got home and his hair was not blended enouph I feel like she knew that and was trying to cover it up

The person who cut Richards hair did a terrible job. I will probably have to go get it fixed elsewhere. I would not recommend or have service with Melanie again. Very unfriendly and uncommunicative. The lady who cut my younger son’s hair did a good job, her name was Krystal.

Yes, I admit we were 10 minutes late. The employee who greeted us was very hostile and told me we’d have to wait another 2 hours to get a haircut. I countered that the place was empty, could she just squeeze us in now. She admitted he next appt was running late and begrudgingly agreed to give my son his first haircut. She was done cutting before the theme song of his show even ended. Fastest $20 ever made. There was no advice, talk of what would work with his hair type, nothing. We won’t be back.
