My son has autism and has sensory issues when getting his hair cut. He says it’s painful to get the hair cut on his neck area and around his ears. The cosmologist that cut my sons hair was fantastic. She was very patient with him and let him know what she was doing before she did anything and gave him time to process it. I highly recommend Cookie Cutters for families. It is a wonderful place to go!

The salon is in a well placed area, easy to find. We arrived early to our appointment which was 30 minutes later. I asked if there was a possibility of being seen earlier as there was no one else in the salon, to which I received a very rude and abrupt response of we are to busy that it will have to be your appointment time. With that we waited til our time leaving to distract the kids in our car and arriving back at our appointment time. Which I had booked for having my two children to be done at the same time. Then being informed that they are behind and can only do one first which was fine until it was my daughters turn to be seen. The stylist was uninformed of what was to be done on my daughters appointment I had to address what services needed to be done. Overall this would have been an amazing service if the person at the front would first learn what it means to be in customer service and be polite and also having the stylist know what is requested since they only allow you to book online .

Our stylist was great! Appreciated how she made sure to ask lots of clariying questions as she was cutting. It was always in a very sweet, polite and professional manner. As a mom who doesnt know how to cut my son's hair, it was good she knew what she was talking and asking about. Great experience!

Nobody did anything wrong and I have nothing to complain about. However, nobody went out of their way to make this a fabulous experience either. In the Meridian store, I felt that people went out of their way to make sure this was a super fun experience and that we were excited to return.

Traci did such a wonderful job! My son has a LOT of hair, and it gets crazy. He's had a cut before that lasted about 2 weeks, and Traci took that into account today and made some recommendations on how it could be done better this time so it lasts a bit longer in between cuts. SO appreciated!

My daughter loved it... , but I feel the customer service could have been better. Ex: a balloon and sucker were offered as more of an after thought than a courtesy. I feel like the employees could have been more welcoming when I entered the salon/ appreciating my business when we left. The stylist did offer good advice and was able to complete the cut however I didn’t like the employees extra long nails... it seemed like it made it more difficult to cut my daughters hair and to me it’s uncleanly.
