Cookie Cutters itself does not have any problem. In their app we selected “ anybody” as employee because of our time shortage. The employee we got was not well experienced I guess. She almost ruined my son’s hair. No sense of symmetry, aesthetics or beauty, or previous sense of how it would be looking like after cutting the hair. I wouldn’t leave this review here unless I experienced it twice. Last time we got the same employee who ruined my daughter’s hair too. Cookie Cutters should be aware enough to select experienced staffs.

The chairs were not clean, my son left with hair all over him that was dark in color and not his. I know some hair is expected. Today's visit was caked in hair. I had to change his clothes before getting him into the car. Otherwise I love this place !!!

we went to boise location and Maddie cut my sons hair. She was so polite and nice to both me and my son and made sure my son was comfortable and had the best time. I highly recommend her. She did an amazing job on the hair cut as well 10/10

My son is pretty terrified of haircuts and he had an amazing experience today. Love the environment, how comfortable the stylist made him feel, and his hair looks awesome!
