We love coming to Cookie Cutters. Today there was only one stylist, but she was super nice and apologized for being a bit late. She was great with our kiddo and friendly.

It was pretty easy to make an appointment online. When we arrived, we were greeted and checked in right away. There was no wait time. My children enjoyed choosing their "car" to sit in. The cars did have some hair in them, and it would be nice if they were vacuumed and sanitized a little better, but overall the place seemed pretty clean for a hair salon. I was most impressed with the kind and friendly demeanor of our hairdresser. She was much more personable with the kids than we have experienced at the typical barber's. The kids got to choose a show to watch, as well as a balloon and sucker at the end. The haircuts were great, and my daughter even had a beautiful braid and sparkles to boot!

Krystal by far has gotten us the best results in cutting Isaacs hair. He normally cries a lot and shakes in fear of the buzzer. He did the best and hardly cried. He actually sat still during the majority of his appointment. I will definitely be requesting Krystal for all his cuts moving forward.

Thank you so much for Henry’s terrific haircut. My son has Down syndrome and struggles with getting his hair cut, and his stylist gave him a fantastic haircut and was very patient with him when he needed time to collect himself. We got in and out quickly and he looks so handsome.

Perfect way to get reluctant kids to get their hair cut. Very friendly, great rapport with the kids, wonderful environment.
