This was the first time I didn't have a great experience at Cookie Cutters. We had an appt scheduled yet we didn't get in at our appt time & I had to ask to verify that we were checked in instead of being informed of the delay.They need to have better communication with the customer!

Krystal was the one to cut my son's hair my son has autism so he has a hard time with haircuts but this appointment went super smooth and Krystal made him feel comfortable enough for the haircut and she did great.

I have been taking my elementary aged children here since their first haircuts. We have always had a good experience and the stylist are so kind and patient with the kids.
