Asked her to do a trim and bang cut, she didn’t trim her hair at all and barely cut bangs, took her 4 min and charged $21.

Brought a pictures stylist didn't pay much attention to it. She Didn't ask questions implying she didn't know what I wanted. She was annoyed when I told her it was to long. After trimming another 1/2in off to reach the length I asked for. She told me "What do you think ,if you don't like it you'll have to make another appointment?" That left a terrible taste in my mouth. I'm just not comfortable returning to Boise location.

Ariela cut & styled my son's hair, she was calm and patient with him throughout the process,she communicated with him & me to help the process go smoothly, she did a wonderful job with his haircut and her customer service!

Krystal did such an amazing job for my baby’s 1st haircut. She made sure that he wasn’t scared of the clippers and did an amazing job with baby moving the whole time. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a haircut for their baby!
