Traci was absolutely the sweetest hair stylist, especially for kids, that we have ever encountered. She was patient and kind. Understanding and sensitive to each individual child's needs. We will definitely come back to see her!!!!

I feel like every time we come here our little man get better at getting haircuts. You read that right.The staff is so patient and flexible and the environment is helpful in creating a fun atmosphere instead of scary haircut place.Miss Norma gave our guy his best haircut yet!

I enjoy your services even though I think they are slightly overpriced for a kids haircut. That is the reason I don't come in more often, I have gotten a haircut for my kids in many other places ranging from $7-12. They do as good a job, even though they don't have the videos and things your services do. Because of the high price, I bought a groupon to try to save some money. All three times I used the groupon I had major issues with redeeming it with your staff, and it makes me less likely to come back. There was no rudeness, but an unwillingness to give me the price for the groupon, one was expired, and should have been credited the cash value that I paid for it to my haircut price - as the groupon expresses in the print. Instead, I lost the money that I paid in the groupon, and paid an additional haircut price. So I actually lost money trying to save money - this was a little frustrating. Had there been a little more accomodation, I would be happy to come back as I was also sent a coupon, but I didn't feel that. The haircut given was great though, it was a young girl who had just started.
