It was pretty easy to make an appointment online. When we arrived, we were greeted and checked in right away. There was no wait time. My children enjoyed choosing their "car" to sit in. The cars did have some hair in them, and it would be nice if they were vacuumed and sanitized a little better, but overall the place seemed pretty clean for a hair salon. I was most impressed with the kind and friendly demeanor of our hairdresser. She was much more personable with the kids than we have experienced at the typical barber's. The kids got to choose a show to watch, as well as a balloon and sucker at the end. The haircuts were great, and my daughter even had a beautiful braid and sparkles to boot!

The scent of hair product and chemicals is strong! I am more sensitive than the average person but thought I would mention. Understandable if the smells are unavoidable. Still very happy with the service.
