I am really disappointed with my daughter’s hair. The stylist and I discussed 2 inches off my daughter’s middle of the back length hair. She walked out with its above her shoulders. The stylist reasoning, my daughters hair thickness and texture. She has a recital coming up and I can barley get it in a bun now. We’ve had excellent experiences in the past but I don’t think we will be coming back. She didn’t even style it after, she hurried us out like it was no big deal. Again, this is extremely upsetting and disappointing.

This was my first visit and initially the environment seemed fun and friendly. There was not enough seating for the number of customers and not enough stylists so our appointment was delayed by an hour. My 13 year old likes her hair even though it's a little too short. My 6 year old had her hair done by a different stylist and I told her to take off about 2 inches and add layers. We left with a botched cut. There were no layers. It wasn't even cut straight in the back with long strands hanging lower than the rest and her hair was more than 5 INCHES SHORTER. I had to re-trim the back just to make it look more even and straight when I got home. SHE CRIED because it's too short and this was her VERY FIRST professional haircut. My first appointment will be my last and I should have asked for a refund.

I go to cookie cutters all the time and I usually love the experience. Overall my son's haircut looks great but when I was with my other little son finishing up his haircut my oldest came running to me with red hair. Thankfully it's hairspray that washes off but I was never asked and I needed to go in public right after. I was honestly too shocked about his hair color to say anything but as soon as I got in the car it took 12 the baby wipes to take The color out, she asked him and not me and I had no idea until it was done and paid for him. Definitely not professional to ask a 3-year-old if they want red in their hair.

Stylists were great! Very gentle and nice. However, the cut is very crooked and is about an inch shorter on one side. The chair that was “clean” also was full of hair….

We had a great cut for my 2 year old here a few months ago. We came back today. I explained to the stylist 3 times what I did not want (bangs too short) and she did exactly what I asked her not to do. She was very quick and his hair looks butchered. I wanted to cry after she was done with the the 5-minute cut. I told her she did exactly what I didn’t want and she said it was just because he had a recessed hairline. No apology, just excuses. The bangs are jagged and the top of the hair is wispy with ‘tuffs’ of hair sticking up on the top of his head. We have upcoming family gatherings and vacation and wanted a great cut for pictures . I decided to go somewhere to get a stylist that specializes in kids cuts. This is worse than any run-of-the-mill barber shop could have ever done.

The place was filthy. There was hair everywhere. My kid left covered in hair so bad we had to go buy a new outfit since we live out of town because he was so covered in hair (most of which is not even his)
