Hair stylist was not interactive with our son and was visibly frustrated when he would move. Wish she would have slowed down a bit to get his head in the right position

I have been taking my granddaughter into this salon for 2 1/2 years to get her haircut. For the first time I was disappointed.

The service today was not a great experience. The haircut was ok. However the service itself was lacking. It could be that the lady working was by herself, but did not show much enthusiasm and even seemed annoyed by my kid who always has a hard time when they are trimming around his neck or by the ears. All in all I felt like she was less that happy to be at work. Her attitude was unconformable feeling for a customer, specially when you are dealing with Kids. I hope her day goes well and if she is going through a personal challenge, I do hope the best for her. All the best!

He looks terrible. The top is cut unevenly and there is some visible mess in his hair probably from a bad or over spraying.

I love Cookie Cutters, but my experience the last time I visited was the worst by far. I scheduled 2 bang trims and a mommy cut for myself. It was a Saturday morning and we arrived at our appt time at 11:15. We had to wait, which was fine. My 2 girls got their bangs trimmed and by that time it was 12:06. People kept coming in after us for their appointments and they were being seen before me. My kids started getting restless and more and more people were showing up. I eventually told the receptionist we were leaving, and we left without the Mommy cut. She said I was scheduled for 12:00 and other people were coming in for their appointments at the same time. I'm disappointed I'll have to schedule somewhere else, and I feel that since I had an appointment at 11:15 and I had checked in for my appointment then, I should have been seen before people who came in after me.

I have brought my son into cookie cutters sseveral times and been happy. This last time the haircut looks absolutely awful. I couldnt quite tell at the salon with his hair wet but when it dried its terrible. So thats disappointing. Norma was very friendly and sweet to my son but we went for a haircut and it looks really bad. Very choppy and uneven.
