My son, who is young, was very overwhelmed and did not want to sit in the chair, getting very upset. The staff member working with us appeared very annoyed and just kept walking away from us. She did not engage well with my son at all. She was very kind to me ,personally and engaged with me well. But she did not interact well with my son. Finally another salon member came over and offered to have my son sit in my lap and things went omagh after that.

My son is five years old and has some issues with sensory input. The salon was absolutely great and worked really well with him to get his haircut.

Our stylist was awesome and quick. My grandson was crying the whole time and she was awesome!

I found the lack of communication regarding COVID precautions very frustrating. My daughter and I arrived and proceeded to sit in my car for 45 minutes waiting for our call to come in. I tried calling and texting and never got a response or phone call. I would have left, but my 5 year old was so excited to have her hair cut. I finally called again, 45 minutes after our appointment time only to discover that they had marked us as a no show, even though they never called us. I know they had my correct number as they had texted me the previous day to confirm my appointment. The individual who answered the phone the second time I tried saved our experience. She had just arrived, had us come right in, and gave us $5 off. Also, while we were waiting, a family with 4 kids and 3 adults came out as well as a family with 2 kids and 1 adult. Our location is relatively small, so you can imagine my frustration that so many people would be allowed inside the salon. I imagine your employees were also not happy with so many people in there either. Overall, there needs to be a better process to ensure COVID precautions and to communicate with families who are scheduled.

The stylist need to listen better to what you request. I asked her short on the sides and long on the top and got short all around.
