I had a scheduled appointment, but a "walk in" came in after me and was given a haircut first. My scheduled haircut was 15 minutes late. I have received great service at the location in Meridian, ID in the past and will go back to them rather than the Boise,ID location in the future.

Love this place. Great cuts. The only thing today was I asked for a military discount and was told my total was $2 off, however after getting home I was charged the full amount plus the tip I left. Next time I will check that before leaving.

My daughter loved it... , but I feel the customer service could have been better. Ex: a balloon and sucker were offered as more of an after thought than a courtesy. I feel like the employees could have been more welcoming when I entered the salon/ appreciating my business when we left. The stylist did offer good advice and was able to complete the cut however I didn’t like the employees extra long nails... it seemed like it made it more difficult to cut my daughters hair and to me it’s uncleanly.
