We love coming to Cookie Cutters. Today there was only one stylist, but she was super nice and apologized for being a bit late. She was great with our kiddo and friendly.

We were greeted and seated within 5 minutes of checking in. Our gal was very professional. The only suggestion I have is cleaning stations before seating the next client. We were told to pick whatever car and each one had hair leftover from the previous cut. Overall we are satisfied with the quality of haircut and the atmosphere!

The gal that did her hair was very sweet to her and did great. One thing to change is your website to book. I picked Friday night at 5 and it bumped me to Tuesday and I never noticed so we went and had to come back. This sounds like a common issue. Also, hiring more people would help.

The lady who cut Benjamin’s hair, Krystal did a great job! The one, Melanie, who cut my other child’s hair, Richards did a terrible job.
