We arrived a few minutes early but appt before us was ran long and we had to wait 15 minutes past our scheduled time. Other than that the appt went very well. Ariela listened to what we wanted a gave a very nice haircut.

Nobody did anything wrong and I have nothing to complain about. However, nobody went out of their way to make this a fabulous experience either. In the Meridian store, I felt that people went out of their way to make sure this was a super fun experience and that we were excited to return.

$25 for a "very" light trim of a short haircut should never cost that much! The earings I feel could have been a bit cheaper as well but $60.00 was a pretty quick, unexpected expensive experience.

I didn’t get the name of the stylist who cut Owen’s hair today. She was so kind and personable, we really enjoyed interacting with her. My only issue is that his hair cut wasn’t well blended. I didn’t notice before leaving, as his hair was laying flatter due to being damp, but once it dried it became quite obvious. It took nearly 15 minutes of cutting and texturizing once we arrived home to fix it.

I enjoy your services even though I think they are slightly overpriced for a kids haircut. That is the reason I don't come in more often, I have gotten a haircut for my kids in many other places ranging from $7-12. They do as good a job, even though they don't have the videos and things your services do. Because of the high price, I bought a groupon to try to save some money. All three times I used the groupon I had major issues with redeeming it with your staff, and it makes me less likely to come back. There was no rudeness, but an unwillingness to give me the price for the groupon, one was expired, and should have been credited the cash value that I paid for it to my haircut price - as the groupon expresses in the print. Instead, I lost the money that I paid in the groupon, and paid an additional haircut price. So I actually lost money trying to save money - this was a little frustrating. Had there been a little more accomodation, I would be happy to come back as I was also sent a coupon, but I didn't feel that. The haircut given was great though, it was a young girl who had just started.

My son had a hard time. I felt bad for the lady cutting his hair. She did great and was patient. It was my son's only second time getting his haircut professionaly. While I paid, the lady handling the register started talking to the gal who cut my sons hair and was saying, wow! And basically talking about my son while we were standing right there. My son is three. This a children's hair cutting salon... I imagine a high majority of the clientele reacts the way my son did. Again, I feel bad. However..... Don't be in a business working with small children if you can't handle the meltdowns. The parents are already feeling bad enough
