Service was fine, but our stylist was 15 minutes late, and then took the 10:15 appointment (we were the 10:00 appointment) before us. She didn't apologize or even acknowledge being late or for taking the other client before us. For our 10AM appointment, we were not done until 10:45.

This was the first time I didn't have a great experience at Cookie Cutters. We had an appt scheduled yet we didn't get in at our appt time & I had to ask to verify that we were checked in instead of being informed of the delay.They need to have better communication with the customer!

Overall we have always had a good experience. The stylists have always been wonderful with my kids! Two pieces of feedback - the signs all over the store about watching your kids/if your kid breaks something you pay for it/if you are late you me appt is cancelled are a bit much. It ruins the family friendly vibe the rest of the store gives off. And the prices have been increasing so quickly! It is making us consider looking at the less expensive options for haircuts.

Nice hairstylist however appointment was made for 4:15 and didn’t get checked in until 4:45. Only one hairdresser scheduled at a very busy time.

My son, who is young, was very overwhelmed and did not want to sit in the chair, getting very upset. The staff member working with us appeared very annoyed and just kept walking away from us. She did not engage well with my son at all. She was very kind to me ,personally and engaged with me well. But she did not interact well with my son. Finally another salon member came over and offered to have my son sit in my lap and things went omagh after that.
