I love Cookie Cutters, but my experience the last time I visited was the worst by far. I scheduled 2 bang trims and a mommy cut for myself. It was a Saturday morning and we arrived at our appt time at 11:15. We had to wait, which was fine. My 2 girls got their bangs trimmed and by that time it was 12:06. People kept coming in after us for their appointments and they were being seen before me. My kids started getting restless and more and more people were showing up. I eventually told the receptionist we were leaving, and we left without the Mommy cut. She said I was scheduled for 12:00 and other people were coming in for their appointments at the same time. I'm disappointed I'll have to schedule somewhere else, and I feel that since I had an appointment at 11:15 and I had checked in for my appointment then, I should have been seen before people who came in after me.

The salon is in a well placed area, easy to find. We arrived early to our appointment which was 30 minutes later. I asked if there was a possibility of being seen earlier as there was no one else in the salon, to which I received a very rude and abrupt response of we are to busy that it will have to be your appointment time. With that we waited til our time leaving to distract the kids in our car and arriving back at our appointment time. Which I had booked for having my two children to be done at the same time. Then being informed that they are behind and can only do one first which was fine until it was my daughters turn to be seen. The stylist was uninformed of what was to be done on my daughters appointment I had to address what services needed to be done. Overall this would have been an amazing service if the person at the front would first learn what it means to be in customer service and be polite and also having the stylist know what is requested since they only allow you to book online .

It was a good experience. The only thing is the lady cut my sons hair way shorter than we asked. We wanted a Mohawk and thats not what he got maybe a fohawk.

He looks terrible. The top is cut unevenly and there is some visible mess in his hair probably from a bad or over spraying.

The service today was not a great experience. The haircut was ok. However the service itself was lacking. It could be that the lady working was by herself, but did not show much enthusiasm and even seemed annoyed by my kid who always has a hard time when they are trimming around his neck or by the ears. All in all I felt like she was less that happy to be at work. Her attitude was unconformable feeling for a customer, specially when you are dealing with Kids. I hope her day goes well and if she is going through a personal challenge, I do hope the best for her. All the best!

I have been taking my granddaughter into this salon for 2 1/2 years to get her haircut. For the first time I was disappointed.
