Hair stylist was not interactive with our son and was visibly frustrated when he would move. Wish she would have slowed down a bit to get his head in the right position

Felt very rushed. I know boys dont take that long but he still had a bunch of little hairs stuck to him after we got back out to the car.

There was a trainee working during my son’s haircut. She ended up cutting my son’s hair and it was terrible. There were other people who came in, had their hair cut and paid, before we were done. Another hairdresser had to come in and redo the haircut. We were there for nearly 45 minutes. It ultimately ended up okay, but much shorter then we were hoping for. We were disappointed in the experience.

The person that was cutting our son’s hair was very friendly but seemed as though she was nervous and newer. The hair cut looked pretty good when we left the salon because it had gel and wasn’t laying flat. However, once we washed the hair and it dried, we noticed that it was cut very uneven and it is pretty noticeable. We will be calling tomorrow to try and get it fixed.

I've gone here a few times and I told them specifically that he needed the chair that has the belt. Well they took someone else that was there after us and the kid picked that chair. Making this experience horrible! My child is 2 and needs the belt to keep him from standing. haircut was subpar at best. buzzed his whole head instead of what I wanted because of course he wouldn't sit still because (a) he wasnt buckled in (b) the hairdresser didn't put on a show he wanted but had me find something which would be ok but I wasn't shown or knew how to use that remote... And refused to let him play with a couple combs. Which I told her would help him hold still. (C) it was just too hard for her to even attempt to cut his hair. Thanka for giving my child a horrible haircut just a few days before Christmas. So now I get to remember this crappy experience for years to come when I look back on pictures!!! Thanks

My sons hair was wet when we left and it looked okay, but once it dried it looked choppy, it wasnt a good hair cut. people werent mean or anything, good environment
