This is the second time I’ve been sooooooo disappointed in the lack of listening from the hairstylist. I’m pissed at this point. I was adamant and CLEAR to have a dramatic A-line cut to REALLY see the angle of shorter in the back to long in the front. There is no angle. I did not want it “fixed” as it would just get shorter again than what I had asked for, and I did not want to go off on the stylist at that time so I left quickly. We won’t be back again. Twice this exact thing happened.

I had a scheduled appointment, but a "walk in" came in after me and was given a haircut first. My scheduled haircut was 15 minutes late. I have received great service at the location in Meridian, ID in the past and will go back to them rather than the Boise,ID location in the future.

First you guys can’t even spell my child name right when I spelled it for you. Secondly my child’s hair is almost an inch long on one side. I specifically said not to cut bang and the stylish did.

We came in and gave a clear idea of what we wanted for my daughters hair complete with picture. Her hair was extremely long and she wanted a long a line shoulder length in back and much longer in front. Her hair had a lump from a pony tail and the stylist didn’t even wet her hair completely first or brush it out. I was concerned immediately on how she would get an even cut. She then cut the front almost the exact same length as the back when I mentioned this she didn’t say anything. She was done in under 8 minutes. I felt like she was trying to go as quickly as possible. She was very kind and nice to chat with but the quality of work was not good. My daughter was quiet the entire way home when we got inside she was very upset because she thought it was going to be completely different. The stylist had plenty of room for mistakes with my daughters long hair. I was expecting salon quality and got great clips quality. We won’t be coming again.

I brought my two nieces in for haircuts. The salon is pretty cute for kids. I love the cars used for chairs and that they put on paw patrol on the tv for them. Those were the only positive aspects though. The hair stylist said nothing to my nieces the entire time except asking which car and which show they wanted. It is Halloween and she could have asked what they were doing for Halloween or anything else to be friendly and welcoming for them. I asked to dye their hair for their costumes and she did it, but wasn’t friendly about it. I asked if she could put their hair in buns and she just told me she didn’t have enough time, but even with the hair spray dye she started the second kid 5 minutes early, and she had plenty of time to do it at the end. It didn’t feel like the employee wanted to be there. It may have just been a bad day for her, but the experience wasn’t very fun, so and I would expect more from someone working with children. I would come back anyways because my brother has had a good experience in the past and the setup is really nice for kids. I just wouldn’t schedule with her again. Oh, and I had to go buy some dye and finish the job because it barely showed up in their hair.
