Asked her to do a trim and bang cut, she didn’t trim her hair at all and barely cut bangs, took her 4 min and charged $21.

Had a trim for my daughter today by a gentleman, I don’t like to leave bad reviews, but he did not do a good job. He just cut her hair straight across. I could have done that myself, but I wanted profesional and that was not at all the case. Not sure if we will be back. The gentlemen could have been more presentable as well. My appointment was scheduled one for 2:45 and one for 3pm. I got there 2:40 and the sign said out for lunch, be back at 2:45 and I wasn’t able to get in the building until 2:55pm.

The stylist was extremely rude when I walked in without an appointment, she cut my sons hair very fast and the quality is in even and very bad. I’m normally not one to complain about haircuts but for $20 this was ridiculous.

The woman who cut my son's hair was in a very big rush due to reopening and it showed in the quality of haircut my son received. I usually like to go to cookie cutters but the stylists over the past 3 months have been sloppy in their work and appearances.

I came in with a daughter who had very uneven hair from our last visit (her first haircut) and I left with extremely uneven hair again. We will never be returning. I had to coach the stylist and my daughter the entire time because it was so bad. At the very end he blamed her for not holding her head straight but she did completely fine. Watching him cut her hair seriously looked like he had never done it before. Very disappointing.

The gal butchered my daughter’s hair. I’m sure she noticed the look of disgust on my face that I was trying so hard to hide. This hairstylist comes off as having zero experience. It’s pretty terrible to pay someone to ruin your kids hair. I was sick to my stomach leaving Cookie Cutters. I did NOT tell my daughter my thoughts. She said, “My hair is wonky… why are both sides such different lengths? Can we do the haircut we asked for next time so I can see what it would look like on me?”. The hair stylist needs further her hair cutting education prior to practicing on paying clients. I am so so sad about this experience. Just about angry. Please take her off the floor.
