My last visit was completely satisfactory however I must comment on a visit 2 weeks prior on Feb 8 at 10:00. I was scheduled for a bang trim which literally took 5 minutes. I went to the front desk and receptionist said $20. I was shocked. I have never had to pay for a bang trim being a regular monthly customer never mind $20. I felt that should have been complementary. You might want to revisit that policy as I shared my experience with my friends and they could not agree more.
